Stretched Too Thin Or Spiritual Warfare?

How do you know when you're being stretched out of your comfort zone to serve and not be isolated...versus when it's spiritual warfare (fatigue, malaise, anxiety, apathy, etc.) before every group session? Interested to know your thoughts. Once upon a time, my client joined a ministry group. She helped host, and there were moments where...if she were being honest, she felt like she was begrudgingly doing it. She wanted to serve, but at some point, being with people felt more like work than service with a smile. Yes, there were moments when she went, "This was so worth it! Glad I came!" But a lot of those moments, she wasn't feeling that. Some days, she really wanted someone to pour into her instead.
